Despite the difficulties being experienced by our economy, Spain has not lost its appeal to foreign investors. This book briefly describes the main features of our country (geography, political institutions, languages) and reflects those issues of legal, tax, accounting and labour law nature governing the creation of a business in Spain based on standards available until the first quarter of 2012, when this booklet was published.
